• As the Mac Pod Lead, I directed the production of new and existing product releases leveraging  animated videos and photography for Apple Events and seasonal campaigns for global markets. 

• Demonstrated seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams across various Apple product lines, such as Gaming, Health, Apple TV/Music, and Business.

• Executed scalable processes and systems for the introduction of new products and services.

• Managed and coordinated the localization of animations for distribution across Channel outlets, online stores, and Apple Events.

• Performed QA Capturing screen recordings to ensure the accuracy of device UI for graphic animation purposes.

• Managed day-to-day escalations and effectively troubleshooted production challenges using tools like MS Excel and Quip, highlighting 

       the problem-solving skills essential for a Localization Producer.

• Defined and meticulously documented localization and content best practices while establishing functional policies and directions.

• Curated department business operation tutorials, and implemented data tracking systems to enhance project organization, quality control/assurance, and ensure brand legal compliance.
